The principals of Cromwell formed their consulting services company in 1996. They had been successful entrepreneurs in the restaurant business, owning and operating multiple unit stores. The sale of their respective businesses and long-term experience afforded them the opportunity to offer their combined knowledge and experience to clients as a unique and viable cost saving alternative to buying a food franchise.

Gary McGill
Gary is experienced in all phases of financial, developmental and operational
aspects of single and multi-unit chains. Gary has been a franchisee of
three of the largest franchised restaurant chains in the U.S. including
Burger King. Gary was involved as a part owner operator of over 52 restaurants.
He co-founded a bagel company that was awarded “Best Bagels” in
two of four categories in the Nation's 9th largest restaurant market. He
was among the first in the development of the "from scratch" Smoothie
stores, having designed and built stores on the West Coast, and installed
several stores for clients. He has worldwide consulting experience, working
with clients in Europe and the Far East.
