The two principals of Cromwell formed their consulting services company in 1996. Both had been successful entrepreneurs in the restaurant business, owning and operating multiple unit stores. The sale of their respective businesses and long-term experience afforded them the opportunity to offer their combined knowledge and experience to clients as a unique and viable cost saving alternative to buying a food franchise.

Gary McGill (on left)
Gary is experienced in all phases of financial, developmental and operational
aspects of single and multi-unit chains. Gary has been a franchisee of
three of the largest franchised restaurant chains in the U.S. including
Burger King. Gary was involved as a part owner operator of over 52 restaurants.
He co-founded a bagel company that was awarded “Best Bagels” in
two of four categories in the Nation's 9th largest restaurant market. He
was among the first in the development of the "from scratch" Smoothie
stores, having designed and built stores on the West Coast, and installed
several stores for clients. He has worldwide consulting experience, working
with clients in Europe and the Far East.
Tom Wilscam (on right)
Tom is a highly respected restaurateur who has developed, owned and operated
27 restaurants in several states. He has consistently been on the cutting
edge of new concept restaurants and product development. Tom was one of
the firsts to foresee and take advantage of the national bagel boom. He
sold his successful bagel company to Einstein Brothers in 1996. Tom was
elected to the Colorado/Wyoming Restaurant Hall of Fame for his innovative
achievements and is a retired member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Ralph Boden
Ralph has a successful and diversified background in business and franchise
sales consulting. He has been the National Sales Director for several
restaurant chains at various times in his career. With Cromwell, Ralph
is the first person you will have contact with. His easy going and personable
approach to his job makes this contact enjoyable and informative. |
